All our OllaPots are handmade in Cape Town. Our manufacturing team is experienced and well trained and put in the best effort to deliver products that are of a high quality. We personally check each piece for quality and consistency before sending them out to you!
Working with natural materials
Our pots are handmade using clay, a natural material. We do our best to ensure the consistency of the raw materials and skills but in some instances there may be slight size, colour or textural differences. We hope that you appreciate the uniqueness of each piece and the charm that it brings to the product. These differences will not affect the functionality of the product.
We will only consider replacing or refunding products if we feel that our product is technically defective.
We accept returns. You can return unopened items and unused 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
OllaPots South Africa is a business in the irrigation industry that sells ceramic irrigation pots.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way email. Local shipping is done by courier and is at additional cost to the consumer.
3. Export restriction (Optional)
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by OllaPots South Africa is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, OllaPots South Africa will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 2% administration fee.
OllaPots South Africa shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: .
6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for OllaPots South Africa via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by OllaPots South Africa separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
OllaPots South Africa takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and OllaPots South Africa chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, South Afrcia.
OllaPots South Africa may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
